Multi-Event Destination Wedding Weekend

This four-day destination wedding weekend unfolded as a series of distinct celebrations, each with its own identity woven into one cohesive experience. We planned and produced every touchpoint, from custom invitations, personalized save-the-date calendars, and the wedding website to guest management and onsite hospitality. Festivities ranged from an intimate Friday welcome to an all-white, St. Barts-inspired day party on Saturday. The wedding ceremony took place outdoors beneath a single, striking tree on the property, creating an intimate natural setting before guests transitioned indoors for the reception. The guests were wowed when a traditional ballroom was transformed into an immersive forest, with layers of greenery carrying the natural beauty of the ceremony through dinner and dancing. Despite an unfavorable forecast all weekend, we worked closely with the property and vendor partners to monitor and execute detailed weather contingencies in real time. The transitions were so seamless that guests later asked the couple what the rain plan would have been, never realizing it had been in motion all along.
