Tracie Simon
Ceo & Founder
With over 20 years in hospitality, Tracie has launched brand concepts, led multi-million dollar marketing and events departments, and produced experiences for a wide range of high-profile clients. In 2017, she founded LeFeast, an event strategy agency dedicated to crafting immersive, thoughtful events for private clients, corporations, and non-profits. Tracie brings a unique blend of creative vision, brand savvy, and instinctive hospitality to every event she touches. Her deep industry relationships, meticulous organization, and years leading Zakarian Hospitality — along with collaborations with top restaurant groups — give her the rare ability to turn a brand’s story into a truly unforgettable experience.

Annie Grinnals
Events & Marketing STRATEGY
Annie kicked off her career in business development, where she quickly discovered a love for connecting with people and bringing events to life. She soon found herself in Aspen, helping orchestrate unforgettable luxury weddings and mountain celebrations. Annie has traveled the world as part of the onsite production team for the high-end event conference, Engage! Summits. Her path eventually led to Washington, D.C., where she tackled large-scale conventions and mission-driven gatherings for a national association. At LeFeast, she’s found a role that perfectly blends all her experiences. Known for her positive energy, sharp eye for detail, and passion for creating memorable moments, Annie brings joy and precision to every event she touches.
Annie is powered by lemon drop martinis, Caesar salad, and cuddles from her dog Clover.
Gabrielle Robinson
Event Production
Gabrielle was born in Long Island, raised in Northern California, and has been making magic in events for over a decade. After six years producing dream weddings and luxe celebrations in Maui, she traded island life for South Florida, where she took the lead on bold brand activations and unforgettable moments for some of the world’s most iconic names. From F1 to Art Basel, her productions have always turned heads. In 2023, she brought her creative eye and calm-under-pressure presence to LeFeast, where she now leads the charge on everything from high-profile productions to quietly stunning gatherings. With a mix of West Coast ease and big-stage polish, Gabrielle brings heart, style, and serious know-how to every event she touches.
