Tracie Simon luxury event planner

Hey, I’m Tracie! I started LeFeast as a means to help others break bread.

I’m an Event Planner, Mother, and Spaghetti Enthusiast — in no particular order. With eighteen years of experience in hospitality and a lifelong love of entertaining, I ventured out on my own and started LeFeast in 2017, an event creation agency with a culinary edge.

Every event planner has a niche specialty, and the name speaks for itself — I am very passionate about food. I am a firm believer that sharing meals and breaking bread with others is the key to a happy life, so I dedicated mine to helping others do just that.

Over the first course of my career, I launched brand concepts and managed multi-million dollar marketing departments to bring a vast diversity of food and chef-driven events to life for high-profile clients. I have also had the privilege of working on events small and large ranging from corporate conferences and food & wine festivals to intimate gatherings prepared by celebrity chefs and 400 person weddings at institutions such as The Plaza in New York City.

After having my second son and slowing down a bit during the pandemic I am ready for the main course — my career entree if you will. I am a firm believer that we are on the cusp of the roaring twenties 2.0 and I could not be more excited to be part of the festivities with you. My philosophy has always been that no occasion is too big or small to celebrate, but if there has ever been a time to go big: it’s now!

Working for a Cause

Although I have planned many high-profile events, my favorite event role is being a birthday enthusiast for The Birthday Party Project, an organization that brings joy to homeless children through the magic of birthdays.
