FAQs

  • By hiring LeFeast as your Event Planner, you will gain a professional planner who works as your advocate throughout the entire event planning processes. We assist with all of the details such as selection of vendors and accompany you to vendor appointments, designing custom printed materials such as invitations, programs and menus, developing the design and décor plan and so much more. We work as a team with the venue coordinator once all of those decisions have been made with you to make sure that everything runs smoothly for the event. Should there be venue staff turnover, having LeFeast as your Event Planner will provide you with consistency and continuity regardless of who is onsite at your venue. Lastly, depending on the type of event you are hosting you might have details leading up to the event that are not onsite at the venue, for example a rehearsal dinner or hair and makeup. These are not items that the onsite venue coordinator will assist with. LeFeast will be with you from start to finish.

  • We like to be involved as early as possible. This allows us to truly curate your event from start to finish, it also gives us time to get to know one another. The relationship between client and planner is extremely important and the more time we have together the better.

  • Like many vendors this depends on how much time we have spent working on your event and if I am able to rebook the date. The details are outlined in my contract.

  • The venue you select cannot only hold your guest count, but also needs to accomodate any additional activations happening. For example if you need a stage for an auctioneer or a photo booth, you need to take that into account as well.
